From enquiry and consultation to manufacture and installation, ROCO provides a service, which is second to none.

1. Enquiry
You can contact us here at ROCO by phone, fax, email or call into our office, where one of our friendly staff will be happy to answer any question you may have. ROCO like to take part in all the process from initial consultation until the end of mounting the windows and doors. 

 

2. Response
We like to give our potential clients a swift response with one of our team members contacting you within 48hrs of you initially contacting us.  Our team will be happy to answer any question you may have and arrange a consultation should you require to meet up with one of our sales team.

3. Consultation & Quotation
We would like to meet up with you to understand what your requirements are and to answer any more questions you may have.  We would also like to show you a sample of our window and show you its mechanism.  On receipt of your window and door schedule we can then send you on a quotation within 7 working days.

4. Manufacturing
On acceptance of our quotation we would like to arrange an onsite visit to your home or office by one of our fitters to carry out a full survey.  During this visit drawings and any specifications you may have can be approved.  Installation start date can be confirmed which usually takes place 6-8 weeks from order date.

5. Post Manufacturing Inspection

Once the windows arrive onsite one of our team leaders will meet with you to confirm the sequence of window replacements.
This contact will continue on throughout the installation process to insure you are kept up to date with the progress and are happy with the way work is progressing.

7. Hand Over
On completion of the installation our team leader will call and inspect the site to make sure everything is to standard regulations.  Each window and door will be checked to demonstrate how it works.
Once you are happy with everything we will hand over all relevant documents:

  • All warranty documentation
  • Maintenance Instructions
  • Certificate confirming building regulation compliance
  • Insurance backed warranty information

8. After Sales Service
5 weeks after installation one of our team members will give you a courtesy call to make sure everything is still to standard, while allowing us the time to answer any questions you may have.  Using the care and technique provided to you, you will be able to keep your ROCO windows and doors as beautiful in the future as they are right now.
